All Rosscarbery Recipes products display the logo below but in different colours depending on the product. St. Fachtna's Cathedral is a landmark in the ancient seat of learning, which is Rosscarbery.

Ms. Gillian Boazman developed recipes for unique and tasty sausages over a thirteen year period. In March 2001, she ceased trading as Rosscarbery Recipes and we took over. We continue to use Gillian's recipes so that regular customers will find no difference in flavour, quality etc. Look for them in Cork city and West Cork, and now in Dublin as well. In Cork City they are available from O'Driscoll's, Ballinlough Road, Super Valu Carrigaline, and On the Pig's Back, English Market, Cork City.

There are four flavours in this range:- Traditional, Spicy, Tomato & Cumberland. Other flavours can be produced on request.

We also produce Rosscarbery Recipes Dry Cure Rashers which have no added water and are phosphate free. These are available from J.J Field & Co. (Super Valu), Skibbereen; Super Valu Clonakilty; S.V. Kinsale; S.V. Carrigaline & On the Pig's Back, English Market, Cork City; Fuller's Centra Supermarket, Union Hall.
